The company is not as ethical as it should be. You can follow up with the finance team with your queries but they don't gonna resolve it. I work with the marketing team, some good folks are there rest you'll find unskilled people who don't want skilled people to be part of the team so that they can fool the company that they are good and not let skilled people be in the team with politics. Leadership don't influence by those boot lickers unskilled people.
