They lack empathy and fail to address the concerns of their employees. 4) Robotic Workforce: The environment here feels robotic, with little to no room for creativity or innovation. Employees are treated as mere cogs in the machine rather than valued individuals. 5) Career Stagnation: If you have dreams and aspirations, this is not the place for you. No support for professional growth or career development. Instead, it drains your passion and leaves you feeling unfulfilled. It's a dead-end career path. 6) High Stress, Low Morale: The overall morale is low, with high levels of stress and burnout among employees. There is a severe lack of support and resources to help manage workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
