Pros

There are no such pros

Cons

The CEO's superiority complex creates a toxic work environment, where their ego and self-importance take precedence over team well-being and productivity. Meanwhile, managers and VPs struggle with basic leadership skills, leading to poor communication, unmet expectations, and confusion. The favoritism towards founders' relatives and family friends is unfair and demotivating for others. This nepotism is leading to: 1. Unqualified individuals getting opportunities 2. Meritocracy suffering 3. Low morale among employees Overall, these issues are harming the organization's growth, innovation, and success. They seem more focused on securing investor funds and collecting subscription fees than providing meaningful support or ensuring investment success. Investors are left to navigate challenges alone, only hearing from them at renewal time – it's all about the upfront fee rather than long-term partnership or growth.

Pros

There are no pros. The worst culture and workplace.

Cons

The mid management is so toxic. They say the most problematic things and try to justify it. The vp, the senior manager all of these guys mentally harass the team to get work out of them while they free rife. Worst place to work, I had to seek therapy having worked here. AVOID AVOID at all cost.
