Pay isn't as competitive as bigger companies

straight forward job not many pros

very low pay @ 13.5 per hour. A picker packer will open sealed boxes over 20 times a day. Without proper ventalation of these rubber and plastic items a person is consistently breathing in carcinogens. I could tell an immediate change in my energy levels, and lung irritation immediately once i started working on the line. Management is also very straight forward borderline communistic in manor. Don't act outside of the box if you intend to keep your job here.
