Pros

-Supportive, collaborative team environment where people genuinely want to see each other succeed -Leadership is approachable and open to feedback -Interesting, impactful work -Flexibility -Core values aren’t just words — they show up in the way we work and treat one another

Cons

This isn't a con as it's not a challenge unique only to Infinity Labs, but like many growing companies, some processes are still evolving. However, that’s expected in a smaller, fast-paced environment. The difference at Infinity Labs is that there’s a genuine openness to improving and adapting.

Pros

The company started off very good.

Cons

Senior management never fulfilled a single promise that I was told. They gave me a broken laptop when I started, when I made them aware they told me I would get a new one in the summer. Once summer came, we were told that I could not get a new computer no reason for it just could not be done. This computer had a broken LCD screen and if it was on a window long enough the window would burn into the screen. I would often keep Teams on this laptop, which would allow people to be able to see my Teams messages without having logged into my computer. I let them know this and it did not matter to them which I found strange that a DOD contractor would allow such a glaring security violation. This company changed so much over my time there, probably 30% of middle management left or was pushed out also. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Infinity Labs. We’re sorry to hear that your internship didn’t reflect the experience that we strive to provide for all team members – whether interns or full-time employees. We take any potential security or equipment concerns very seriously. After reviewing our IT and onboarding records, we were unable to locate any reports matching the situation you described. If this occurred, it unfortunately wasn’t reported through the proper IT support channels, which we depend on to investigate and resolve IT/equipment issues promptly. Regarding your note about senior management never fulfilling a single promise you were told – it’s important to clarify that interns typically work under direct supervision of project or department leads; senior leadership would not generally be involved in resource or equipment matters. As with any organization, change is an inevitable part of growth and evolution. We remain proud that our leadership team is stable, and that our voluntary turnover continues to be below industry averages. While some of the details you shared don’t align with our internal records, we understand experiences can vary and we appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts.
