First - thank you for taking your time to leave us feedback regarding your views on working here. We take all feedback seriously, and appreciate the opportunity to look into your experiences shared below. We're happy to hear you worked here so long. We work very hard to have open communication with employees so everyone may raise concerns while they are working with us. We aim to listen, to share open discussion, and hopefully to make improvements. I apologize if you did not feel comfortable bringing this to our attention during your employment. We have an open door policy, but understand that direct feedback can be difficult to share. We have an anonymous suggestion box for those who do not wish to be named. We participate in semi-annual surveys each year to help us identify issues early so we can work proactively with our employees. Our ultimate aim is to foster an environment that an open and engaged groups of employees want to be a part of, and to provide them multiple outlets to voice their opinions in the manner most comfortable to them.
