Finding a job that feels truly meaningful is difficult. Indiegogo is a place where you get this. I feel like I'm helping people achieve something. And while business strategies shift over time (and some people are bound to like them, and some aren't), I don't think Indiegogo and its employees have ever lost a genuine desire to make change. This translates to the company culture, too. It's really inclusive, definitely the most inclusive place I have ever worked, and leadership seems committed to thoughtfully understanding how employees are feeling and making changes to make things better. I feel supported, challenged, and happy. I think the company strategy and mission are headed in a positive direction, and I'm excited to be part of what we're doing.
