frat house mentality, cool people all mainly within 22-35 range, fun company outings and contests, start-up mentality so it's pretty laid back, stocked kitchen and fun incentives
Cons
frat house mentality, the 20lbs. i gained while working there, a bit of separation between your team who may be located elsewhere if you aren't a sales or client service person, and some egos may get in the way of your success. And on the rare occasion you have the privilege to meet someone who just really really likes unicorns, that could be a con everyday of your life.
