Inclusion Cloud is an excellent company to work for. It offers competitive compensation and values employees' efforts through constant recognition. The work environment is very positive, characterized by collaboration and mutual respect. The company's policies are well-defined, providing clarity and security for everyone. Furthermore, the company strictly adheres to agreements, which instills trust and stability in its employees. I am very happy with the time I have spent working at the company.

Pros

Get to work with some cool people and culture is great. Most roles are either remote or hybrid which helps a lot with work/life balance.

Cons

Biggest one is recruiting tools. Asked in the interview what recruiting tools if any were provided to their recruiting/sales team and the interviewer named a few. However, once joining this turned out to be untrue. No sales or recruiting tools outside of their ATS is provided.

Pros

I’ve been really enjoying my experience at the company so far. The work environment is positive and collaborative, and people are always willing to support one another. There’s also a strong culture of recognition, where efforts and accomplishments are truly valued. The recruitment process was smooth and well-organized, and communication with my recruiter was excellent, clear, transparent, and consistent from start to finish. It's clear that the company is growing steadily, and I see great potential for even more expansion in the future.

Cons

If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the benefits package. Compared to competitors, there could be more perks and standard benefits offered, regardless of whether the employee is working internally or allocated to a client. Strengthening this aspect would make the employee experience even better.
