Pros

Great location (I worked in head office), decent salary and supportive middle management.

Cons

No to good enough to just do a good job. If you want to get places you have to do a good job AND then kiss the right behind / laugh at the right person's jokes etc. Witnessed a PA's handover notes being formed largely of instructions on how to cut an executives lunchtime tomatoes the way he liked them. To be expected from a big corporate I guess but not for me!
