      Great team in Finance. Thats was the only good thing and made it little bit sufferable

      Cons

      Leadership Team not connected to the employees. Focussing on sales numbers (or pre report sales) rather than on growing business organically. Being in finance, i found it ethically challenging to work in Subaru Australia
