They used to have some good delivery resources in the ServiceNow practice. Unfortunately, most of them have left.

Seat-of-the-pants management style ServiceNow delivery leadership team have never managed a consulting organization and are inclined towards self-preservation and finger-pointing No culture or team camaraderie whatsoever Far too reliant on contractors for ServiceNow delivery Ridiculous non-compete agreement, have an employment lawyer review before you sign or decide to work for another ServiceNow partner
