Pros
Life-work balance was great. They were always able to accommodate people's life schedules and allowed to make up time after hours. Great employee benefits and competitive salaries.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company was bought by another company based in Chicago, although I was offered a position there, I did not chose to move across the country.
