Pros

- Marketing Team dynamic is great, everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. - Company has a lot of potential to grow and be more than what it is now, I think if the company is able to keep a marketing team together and give the right tools they would be able to have a huge social media presence. - Company is great at keeping the entire facility clean! - As a developer you will have full flexibility on choosing whatever tech stack you wish. - Company was super flexible with my schedule since they knew I was still going to school, flexible until they weren’t. - Overall I think there is so much room for improvement, and this isn’t a bad thing. This company truly has potential to be something bigger than it is, ideas just get shot down to quickly.

Cons

- I feel like they don’t care about their employees as much as they say they do. Like any other corporate company they threw a pizza party when they had record revenue. - Entire company was banned from listening to music the first week i got hired and the CEO yelled at everyone, this was the only bad experience i had with the CEO but it definitely left a stain for the rest of my time there and set the tone on how they “trusted” their employees. - There is no yearly reviews or raises. Whatever you start at is what you will likely be at for years unless you become a lead. - The turn over rate is pretty big, I went through 4 different management leads within a year and a half and the marketing team dynamic went through many changes. - As a developer expect to be in a maintenance mode for a couple years. Your day will consist of doing small tasks. This was a big factor on why I left. I wasn’t seeing much professional growth nor were my true technical/programming skills were being utilized to its full potential. - At the end of the day, you will always just be another replaceable employee in the eyes of the company. - Lastly, I most definitely felt the pettiness from upper management my last working there, even though I stated I wanted to leave on a good note.

Pros

As a Senior Designer, I get the chance to lead projects, mentor others, and drive the creative direction, but I also learn from my peers. We bounce ideas off each other, combining our strengths to create something truly unique. The collective energy in these environments is contagious, and it fosters a sense of ownership and pride in the work we produce.

Pros

Your last day there will be your best day.

Cons

Over promise and under deliver should be their mission statement. Everything you will read in any job description they put out, is a lie. There is no Boise office. Remote or hybrid work is 100% forbidden. No personal cell phone usage on campus at all. You will get written up. You will be manipulated into wearing a uniform.. in an office.. The male uniform is a two tone button up fire retardant polo with your name on it. Aesthetically, imagine a mechanics shirt and a bowling polo had a baby. It's grotesque. If you're looking to learn Japanese.. This is the job for you.. Quick caveat tho.. the definitions of those words are not the same definitions as the Japanese.. They made them up. If you don't learn them.. You will never get a raise. They operate the Toyota "Lean Method". Which might sound great, but they turned it into a cultish religion. I would highly suggest you look for other employment. Do Not Do It.
