      Pros

      Imarc has the best team around. Everyone works very hard and likes each other. The camaraderie is stronger than anywhere else I've worked. The team is made up of people who choose to stay a long while for a reason.

      Cons

      It's a mid-size agency, so advancement structure isn't as defined as at larger ones (that's not necessarily a problem if you show initiative).
