Misplaced Confidence - Executive Ibec Employee Review

Tendency among most employees to overrate their own abilities & experience. This is a hallmark of Ibec employees that really struck me, during my time there. This misplaced confidence often results in low levels of respect towards less tenured employees (regardless of their previous professional experience). It’s hard to define workplace bullying, but sometimes I felt the treatment of recent hires verged on this.
