Met a lot of nice people. training was fun. Tried to be optimistic. Other than meeting nice people, there was nothing else.
Cons
I have worked as a customer service rep for about 15 years. I have never had a such a negative experience. You were unable to have a pen at your desk, the script was too long and the head phones which you pay $80.00 for did not work well and you could not hear the customer with all the music and background chatter.
