      Good 'ole boy club management style. If you're in the boys club you're golden if you're not you're treated like a 5th class citizen.

      Professionalism and the personalities of local management.

      Cons

      All executive decisions are made from Sweden. Local management just carries it out. There isn't much room for personal advancement.
