Company covers all certification costs.
Cons
Non-compete for any customer or competitor within 100 mile radius of office locations. Terrible time off policies. Adaptive IT employees are required to give 60 days advanced notice for any non emergency time off. Staffing is an issue. There are insufficient employees on staff for support the call center which causes stress and leads burnout.
