Pros

Cool co-workers Working from home was fantastic some real exposure to big contracting companies in the DC area fairly easy to get promoted

Cons

it was easy to get promoted because of the turnover rate INPUT was used as a stepping stone for people (including me), and management seemed to design policies to encourage that behavior repetitive work/cold calling made the job pretty unbearable sometimes

Pros

The Finance team was well managed and a diligent group. Everyone worked hard and supported one another.

Cons

Hours could be long at times, but that goes with a Finance/Accounting job.

Pros

Very easy job you never have to use your brain you don't even have to be average to look above-average here pay decent considering how little you have to actually do

Cons

No substantive work; dead-end job in the truest sense; below-average but not horrible compensation; surprisingly incompetent management; "research" on operations team actually means cold calling govt contracting employees and asking questions you shouldn't be asking and they shouldn't be answsering;management regularly purposely misinforms or witholds information from employees; attrition is highest I've ever seen in any organization in any industry: we lost over 20 employees on a ~25 person team in 10 months; the operations department is treated and compensated far worse than the rest of the company; over 90% of operations team wanted new employment the entire time I worked there; management has instantly terminated employees in goodstanding as soon as they submit their 2 week notice; HR Dept. is less than 3 years old and it shows
