All auditors work a flexible part time schedule where the auditor picks the schedule. Job/store locations are given at the beginning of the month and the auditor is expected to complete the store visits by the end of the month. Auditors use their own transportation and are compensated with mileage. Good one-on-one training is given for the first week of employment and regular check ups occur.
Cons
The hourly rate is given for the first few months of the position, but then the transition is made to being paid per store visit.
