      Some coworkers were nice and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement, poor direction, no resources, low pay. Nepotism to it best. Very unprofessional environment.

      Everyone in leadership was accommodating and accepting. They were communicative but never demanding. Overall an enjoyable place to be

      My pay felt a little low, and while I appreciated having a manager that wasn't overbearing, a little more involvement in day to day operations could have been helpful.
