We strive to hire self-starters who are knowledgeable in their respective field, and who can work well as a team-player and manage their workload with minimal supervision. IMRI is also able to provide a flexible work schedule for our employees, based on their individual circumstances. IMRI’s Management team values and respects each of our employees, and we take time to recognize our employees through our Employee Awards and Recognition Program, Bonus Programs, and by promoting within whenever possible.
