    Pros

We offer quarterly bonuses based on team performance, which typically amount to 20% of your base salary. Our teams usually meet their goals, so it's rare not to receive your bonus. The pay range for this position is $60k-$72k. Some teammates may earn more than the cap, so when asked for your rate, please provide a pay range. Travel is a perk of the job! You'll get to visit clients in other cities and attend sales conferences. We cover all expenses and put you up in great hotels to make a positive impression on clients. Work from home! We offer plenty of scheduling flexibility to allow you to attend appointments without feeling guilty. As long as you complete your work in a timely manner, we're happy to accommodate your needs. We encourage internal promotions, so there are opportunities to grow your career with us. We provide a wealth of resources to support your success in this role.

    Cons

Work-Life Balance: There might be issues with work-life balance and unclear client communication boundaries, affecting personal time and rest. Company Culture: The company emphasizes building personal relationships between colleagues and clients, which could result in blurred boundaries and favoritism. Diversity and Inclusion: There may be concerns about a lack of diversity due to nepotism or other factors, which can be addressed through intentional hiring practices. Onboarding and Training: The onboarding process could be improved to prevent knowledge and skill gaps for new hires. Structured training programs or mentorship opportunities could be helpful.
