Pros
The friendly, supportive culture was apparent from the first stage interview. Despite joining during lockdown, there was a well-structured virtual induction in place including introductions to the whole team and clear expectations of the role. The work and projects you get involved with are varied with so many opportunities for career progression. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. The current hybrid working arrangements give the perfect balance of working in the office but also days from home. There are regular social events (with no pressure to attend) and gift packages throughout the year.
Cons
Very little compared to similar previous roles. Deadlines can be tight at times, therefore being able to produce high-quality work under time pressures is essential.
