      Pros

      - multi cultural place - going to have a research career - exposure to international development - great benefits

      Cons

      - hierarchial, you have a career path only with phd, the rest are treated like slave labor - HR structure is ambiguous, things work if you boss wants it for you, no real policy - its had 3 sexual harassment cases, brushed under the carpet - no real tangible guidelines for promotion

      Hard to advance without a PhD, learning opportunities really depend on project and on supervisor - not standardized even within divisions
