Volitile work enviroment - Manager Hyper Networks Employee Review

Owner of company yells profanities at employees in every interaction and throws full on tantrums. He harasses everyone and expects 10-12 hour days for no extra pay. Seems this is a young company with a big Google contact and they are in way over their heads. The hiring salary is lower than market average but they promise you an increase after a review in 60 days...that never comes, and you dare not ask or risk being fired. The Raleigh office is a revolving door of employees. He either fires people very quickly without explanation or they leave after a short time due to toxic work environment.
