Cons
I had worked with Hyatt for over a year when I had to utilize their Surgery Plus program for surgery that was determined medically necessary to retain quality of life. I followed all rules and went through their Surgery Plus program like you forced to if you want your insurance to help cover the procedure. Nearly four months later here I am still waiting to be fixed. The surgeon I was set up with for my procedures was not qualified to do them.
