Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I would be interested in knowing more about the underlying reasons behind the bullets you share in 'Cons' as a lot of grads report back to us that they enjoy the on-boarding experience, benefit from meaningful training, cultivate a fast learning experience and promote relatively quickly taking on bigger responsibilities. Please feel free to reach out to me, I would appreciate it should you be willing to make the time for it.

Pros

- Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

Cons

- Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry
