You learn to watch your back with every step you take. Do you enjoy working somewhere that if you do your job you can still get in trouble? Voicing your opinion makes you targeted by management? Then this place is for you. You learn quickly that nobody with the title of "manager" or "director" has any desire to help you. They will sell you out for a cold and stale bagel.
Cons
Where to begin: - zero upward mobility - Every opinion submitted by lower-level employees is basically garbage and always disregarded. - Managers and directors are never held accountable. They also never leave despite being incredibly incompetent. When they do, they simply retire and return as overpaid contractors that do nothing. - A revolving door of employees quitting and getting hired that makes fast food look like a long term career. - Giving your opinion on anything is basically grounds for termination. You are constantly reminded that they will fire you for anything and stand by it.
