Terrible management !! Highly unprofessional and incompetent managers ! - Store Associate HomeSense Employee Review

The company talks highly about values,mutual respect among'st the staff, pleasant work environment and care and support for employees in a 4 hour training but sadly it is only confined to the books !!!! Such values are only for the employees to absorb while the leadership can have their own disrespectful, unfiltered and unprofessional code of conduct which even involves using objectionable language with the subordinates!!! Shameful !!!!
