Pros

None that I can find. Even if you did very well, they will keep you as a donkey, with very little salary

Cons

A lot- - They dont pay salary on time - The CEO does micromanaging on all tasks - Takes $1000 to do do Internship (otherwise called as Ambassador) with the company. They mention that it is refundable, but they say that you did not do the work to satisfaction and terminate you after after 1 month after offering you a job. The life is a mess from here - The CEO is never satisfied with the work. Has out of the world expectations. - No salary satisfaction - Not concerned with the employees life. All she wants is profits, work like a donkey always

Pros

Great exposure to real-world projects in education technology, providing hands-on experience that directly impacts students and institutions. Supportive and collaborative team culture where colleagues are approachable and willing to share knowledge. Good opportunities to take ownership of tasks and build confidence in problem-solving and delivery. Encouraging environment for learning new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. A solid place to start a career and grow both technically and professionally.

Cons

Workload can get intense at times, especially during project deadlines.

Pros

Working with HIEDsuccess as a contractor has been a truly rewarding experience. The company provided me with many opportunities to grow my skills, take on meaningful projects, and expand my professional network. I especially appreciate the leadership of the CEO, who has consistently supported me in completing projects successfully and creating even more opportunities for me to thrive. While I’m sad to be moving on, my time with HIEDsuccess has been invaluable, and I leave with a deep sense of gratitude for the experience.

Cons

As with many contracting roles, there are natural limits to long-term stability, so while the experience is valuable, it may not provide the same sense of permanence as a traditional position
