People always try to find solutions to problems instead of creating new ones. Company tech culture always forces people to try new things. Non-toxic working environment. Average salary. Remote working options.
Cons
C-levels don't know what they are doing. A bunch of amateurs ride the company to disaster. HR does not know what they are doing most of the time. They are very slow and wait last minute to announce major changes in the company. People learn things from rumours most of the time instead of HR announcements. Promotions are not fair.
