    You get to meet international people every day. Nice events.

    Cons

    There is not appreciation for interns and sexism. Interns get really low paid. There is no work-life balance. Snacks are horrible

    Benefits are fantastic! Company vehicle, positive work environment and great medical & 401k. Lots and lots of perks if you are close to the right people.

    Cons

    The company is struggling to keep up with competitors. Unrealistic expectations and challenging market make earning bonus nearly impossible.
