Pros
Good hours, start work at 0715 hours and finish at 1545 hours. Evening shift starts at 1530 hours and finishes post midnight.
Cons
Very unfair low pay with no yearly progression. Evening shift finishes late but not paid for overtime. Very boring work- loading machines, running QC constantly. Turnover of staff is exceptionally high at about 50%.
