Pros
Passionate, happy, kind people. Very supportive company. Dedicated to helping others and being altruistic. Forward-thinking and innovative.
Cons
For someone who is able to work idendently and is self-motivated, there are no cons to this job. I can see that for someone who requires a lot of direction in their work (like having a supervisor constantly checking in), they might have trouble. No micro-management, which is a plus for the people who work there as they are passionate and driven, but bad for those who are not.
