Pros
Good Benefits, including vacation and PTO. that’s really the only good thing about this company. Nothing else “pro” to be added here.
Cons
No communication within company, managers do not listen or care to listen about what their employees have to say. No room to think outside the box - if you try you are shut down. Favoritism at its finest - some employees are treated much better than others. No work/life balance - they either love you because you can stay as late as they want you too, or think you’re lazy because you have a family to take care of. No incentives.
