Highly bureaucratic and heavy handed top level management with no real administrative or technical qualifications and zero administrative experience, which is definitely going to be the cause of the downfall of this organisation. Leave alone their arrogant demeanour, but their Mafia style actions against staff who question their corrupt process is going to have an immense backlash. It is time for the government to order an audit into the management practices and dissolve this top level management and bring a new management team of qualified and experienced individuals to save tax-payers money.
