      Pros

      The company offers a good commission structure (more on that in the cons).

      Cons

      Communication is probably the worst I've seen at a company. The Leads are awful, which they are somewhat transparent about, however, this makes the Commission structure almost pointless outside of AEP. Constant changes to policies sometimes on a monthly basis.

      nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
