Pros

Excellent opportunity for growth due to the nearly 100% turnover in mid to upper level management in multiple departments. Learn how to navigate a political minefield in which narcissism, rather than competence and ability, dictate your career path. Learn to be a self starter and discover the definition of LMGTFY since you'll likely have no resources or support. Actively apply teachings from Sun Tzu's Art of War as you deal with stressed out co-workers desperately clamoring for approval from the Emperor and his Royal Court. Become adept at identifying personality disorders and identifying the shortest escape route from the building with the highest probability of survival . . . you know, just in case.

Cons

The cafe in the lobby downstairs does not adequately stock homemade brownies.

Pros

The pay is not too bad.

Cons

Too numerous to list but I'll try. The management is the worst I've ever seen. Very Toxic. They don't follow policies and procedures. HR only supports management and assume whatever they say is the truth. Over 25 people left in our department in a 2 year period d/t toxic management!!! They hire new staff and they quit within a year. This includes supervisors who are harassed if they dare to disagree with management. There is NO training for new hires. Their contract will likely not be extended d/t the fact that they cannot pass NCQA. Management says that employees are REQUIRED to work OT and no extra pay is given. The supervisor kept some employees on the phone until almost midnight! The benefits and PTO are not good. Management was successful in staff splitting by talking about other employees in 1:1 meetings. What was previously a good team who helped each other turned into back stabbing. They won't let employees move up or to another dept. One star is too much.
