      Managers and trainers are friendly, engaging, and helpful; wanting you to advance to higher positions as fast as possible.

      Cons

      Everything has to start with sales. When they advertise the positions online, they are labeled either as "communications specialist", "public relations assistant", "marketing assistant" or something else. However, when the company accepts you, you must make sales before getting to the position you applied for online.
