Pros
Good hours, nice neighborhood, updated building and a pretty clean shop overall. Offers the ability to work your way up through the ranks. Constant learning and training a must.
Cons
Unstable work, i.e. (not enough work to book time required, too many mechanics and not enough work). Poor leadership. Auto manufactures cutting warranty time, thus also affecting customer pay work. Flat rate time to perform work is insulting.
