Management really does listen and every input is analysed and discussed Huge database, and huge spend on advertising and candidates attainment..no need to do complex mapping as we have over 40,000 candidates on our internal databases alone! No internal infighting or crossovers where people may steal clients or candidates... lots of fees sharing and very fair in allocating credit and recognition of contributions to projects.
