      Pros

      Co-workers are great, but won't risk making directors mad to stand up for you.

      Cons

      If you have a family, they don't care. You are there to work for them, and your life outside of there doesn't matter. Even if it's after hours, if they have something they need you for, then they'll make sure you are aware that they're displeased.

      Get paid well for visiting with your community members while exercising their right to vote. Everyone was happy and polite.
