      Active job that keeps you in good shape

      Cons

      You aren’t rewarded as a good employee. Upper management is horrible. Low paying, expect a whopping 35 cent raise every year.

      Pros

      Great team of individuals working together to provide a unique product for a large base of customers. Benefits and 401k are great. If you stay here long enough, you can build up a significant retirement nest egg.

      Cons

      Pay is a little below average for the amount of expertise/workload you may have in the field.
