      Pros

      Range of work - I was given ample opportunities to expand my knowledge-base. Great people to work with and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Since it was a small company there was not a lot of process or precedence for resolving issues. Under the circumstances it was understandable but it was cause for longer work hours and a lot of trial by error.
