Pros
Haag offers competitive benefits as well as great pay. They have many offices, so there may be options to live in different parts of the country, depending on their need. The people are also very friendly.
Cons
There is a lot of travel involved. Probably an average of a 2 hour drive each way twice a week, as well as a couple of close jobs. The real drawback is that this type of engineering isn't applicable to most companies. So be sure this is what you want to do for your career.
