      - Approachable, considerate leadership - No micro-managing - Incredible product to sell, we get to say "yes" the the vast majority of requests - No failed implementations in company history

      Cons

      - Sales is sales, it's a grind. Nothing to do with HRSoft, just the nature of the job.

      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.
