Pros
The best reason to work at HROne is the people. They are not only experts on HR outsourcing and company set up matters, they are the friendliest team I’ve ever worked with, this includes the CEO and senior leadership. Team building is at the core of HROne’s values. I always felt like an important and appreciated part of the team. There was a lot of creative freedom to pursue new projects. It’s a relatively young company, and that has the advantage of being able to grow with the rest of the company and progress your career. I was sad to leave due to moving to the UK.
Cons
The office where HrOne was based was a bit small as we were expanding operations, which made the office somewhat noisy, but I’m aware they have changed to shiny new headquarters!
