Firstly, thanks so much for all you achieved for our Clients and HKA during your time with us. We note that you have moved on and we wish you all the very best for your future.
We are pleased that you experienced “social, friendly, lots of passionate employees” – we are very proud of our excellent people, so great to see that good culture coming through.
We have a different view to your point about Project value and we will have to choose to disagree, as we respect that this is your opinion. Everything we do is about having excellent value for our Clients while also being realistic that we can improve every day. Feedback from our Clients is extremely positive and yet again, we are not complacent as we are building excellence and that requires us to be honest and make improvements, which is what we are doing together.
